Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the holidays or COVID-19 related difficulties, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

When will my order arrive?

Standard US: 7 to 10 business days in the 48 contiguous states after shipping processing time. Standard orders are not delivered on Sunday’s or holidays.  Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days. Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days.

*Expedited & Overnight order cut-off time is 1pm EST Monday-Friday

Can I track my order?

You can track your order after receiving a tracking number on your email after processing. You can also track your order updates by text. Both options are available in your processing confirmation email.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to complete each order at your specific request, but to err is human so let us know within 15 business days if we made a mistake on your order and we will gladly try our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and unused, with tags, etc. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Can I cancel or change the items of my order?

What materials do you use?

TEE’S, CREWNECKS, HOODIES, & INFANT WEAR
What shirt brand do you print on?
We print on quality gildan & rabbit skin preshrunk cotton/poly cotton blends. 

What size should I order?

Our Tee’s, Crewnecks, & Hoodies are Unisex. The sizes range from XS-3XL. Please see our sizing chart for details and suggestions for fit. 

How do I care for my customized items so it won’t fade?

Some of the prints will fade a little after being washed. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each clothing item.
These are tips to help in taking care of your items:
 -Washing: wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on a low setting NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
 -Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
 -Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
